Power. <strong>Air Canada et WestJet<\/strong>\u2014les transporteurs dominants du pays\u2014se sont class\u00e9s pr\u00e8s du bas du palmar\u00e8s nord-am\u00e9ricain, refl\u00e9tant ce que de nombreux voyageurs ressentent depuis des ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Selon l&rsquo;\u00e9tude compl\u00e8te de satisfaction des compagnies a\u00e9riennes nord-am\u00e9ricaines de J.D. Power 2024 publi\u00e9e la semaine derni\u00e8re, <strong>Air Canada<\/strong> s&rsquo;est class\u00e9e avant-derni\u00e8re parmi les transporteurs traditionnels, tandis que <strong>WestJet<\/strong> a obtenu la troisi\u00e8me place \u00e0 partir du bas parmi les transporteurs \u00e9conomiques.
